Paul Dutton, who describes himself on Twitter as a Nazi sympathizer, offended swarms of Cambridge shoppers yesterday, as he trolled through an Asda supermarket with a baby in his stroller while wearing a full Nazi SS costume.

Dutton, sporting several tattoos and an obvious disregard for common decency, was naturally confronted by dozens of angry shoppers at the supermarket, including a Polish-born shopper who, according to the Daily Mail, lost members of her family to the gas chambers during the Holocaust.

Eventually the angry customers requested for the Asda manager to request that Dutton, dressed as the most vile and despicable men in recent history, leave the store.

It's unclear at this point if the Cambridge native, dressed in the full black SS-style Nazi uniform, red swastika armband intact, was walking around the grocery store in the offensive attire because it was Halloween, or simply to rile people up.

We didn't have to wait long to find out as the man quickly took to Twitter, under the handle Operation Fail Safe (feel free to use that as you wish), to claim responsibility for the incident.

"I wear a black SS armband in Asda twice a week for past three years," he wrote. "I've shopped in Asda since the place was opened twice a week, this is how Asda repay me for my loyalty."

Dutton added that he wanted to hand out business cards that promote his website, which apparently explains why he is so fascinated with Adolf Hitler.

Dutton also revealed via Twitter that he's been banned from Facebook as a result of his offensive views.

Police were called the Asda supermarket responding to reports of 'nuisance behaviour' but Dutton had left the store by the time; police officers have confirmed that they are not treating the incident as a crime.

One report claims that Dutton had been seen in the store wearing Nazi gear before, sometimes accompanied by as many as three fellow Nazi uniform-brandishing men.

Rosina Rusin, the Polish-born shopper who was at the supermarket as Dutton arrived, said that "one lady was very upset - she was close to crying."

"People's mouths were falling open. You are not going to come out like that unless you want to draw attention to yourself," she added. "Apparently he said 'I do not see why I have offended anyone'. I have never realised how clownish the uniform is until I saw him masquerading about."

"I wanted to make sure he was evicted. My grandmother's family were annihilated in the gas chambers and I thought 'Here is this bloke parading about'"

Another Cambridge citizen, 40-year-old Neil Doron, added, "He was just standing there in all that gear. It's not very nice. At first I thought it was just a guy in costume."

"I do not think people should have that on at any time of year because of what it stands for. It's not nice for people in Cambridge."

A spokeswoman for the Asda supermarket said "We had a number of customer complaints so we asked him to leave the store."
