A man from Kosovo, Emin Djinovci, believes he’s the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler. The 49-year-old, who moved to Kosovo in 1998, is known for walking around town with a copy of Hitler’s hate filled book, Mein Kampf (My Struggle), and charging people £60 to get a photo taken with him.

Djinovci originally hails from Germany, where he worked as a warehouse worker. If the Hitler impersonator was still in Germany, he would have been imprisoned for violating the country’s strict ban on having Nazi related in public, as well as for their strict anti-Semitism laws.

The disturbing Hitler impersonator also feels a deep spiritual connection with the man responsible for the Holocaust. “I am proud of my likeness to the Fuhrer because, like him, I fought against the Serbs- my enemies,” he said, as reported by The Mirror. “It is easy. I find myself in Hitler’s character because he fought against my enemy. Enemy of my enemy is my friend. Yes, Serbs are my enemies, I make no bones about that.”

Perhaps what’s even more shocking than this blatantly anti-Semitic and horrible impersonation is the fact that the local Kosovan business leaders have no problem with Djinovic’s impersonation. According to The Mirror, the locals don’t mind him making money off of Hitler’s likeness as they believe, “(he) shows great enterprise.”
