Funeral for Leiby Kletzky

Leiby Kletzky, the 8-year-old Chasidic Brooklyn boy whose body was found dismembered in two locations, was laid to rest on Wednesday night.

At the funeral, which was attended by thousands, Leiby's father, spoke proudly about his son’s commitment to his school and religious life.

When Leiby was first reported missing two days earlier after straying from a path to his home after camp, a massive search party, comprised of volunteers and the Orthodox community, was launched before police discovered part of his body in a trash bin and, and the rest in the refrigerator of a Jewish man, Levi Aron, who has been arrested for the murder.

Police charged Aron with second-degree murder in the Kletzky death, a boy, who some sources say, may have been autistic.
