Happy to join the Aviv Dancers for this fundraiser was Sean Sonego, a big believer in volunteering and charity work. In the young singer’s words, “I have a lot of fun helping out with different charity events in the community. There is never enough you can give back. I feel like I have been blessed in so many ways, and I should give back somehow.” Sonego brings both passion and sincerity to his music, and he has a natural way of connecting with his audience.

Sonego performed three numbers during the Ruach Aviv event, including “Shalom Aleinu”, “Lean on Me”, and an original composition titled “Set Yourself Free”. He looks forward to singing more in Edmonton and beyond. At only 17 years of age, he has already performed with well-known artists, competed in Nashville, and received recognition in Edmonton and beyond. He has fan pages on Facebook and Twitter, and has some videos posted on YouTube as well.
