Judges and audience members of the pre-Eurovision production have picked “Milim” as Israel’s official entry to the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest. This year’s competition will take place in Oslo, Norway, on May 27.

Written by Noam Harev and composed by Tomer Hadadi, “Milim” competed with three other finalists before securing the spot: “Elayich,” “Le’an” and “Lehitkarev.”

All four songs were performed by Harel Skaat during the two-hour pre-Eurovision production show, where he sang the 1979 Eurovision winner "Hallelujah." He dedicated his “Milim” performance to his grandfather, who passed away last week. Skaat will also be representing Israel when he sings the official entry at the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest.
