Yoga in Motion Featuring Zumba® Fitness

"Please join me and hundreds of others, as we take part in a marathon of yoga and Zumba on April 25th, 2010." Dr. Marla Shapiro, Yoga in Motion Ambassador.

On April 25, 2010 (at the Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex), participate in the 2nd annual Yoga in Motion benefiting breast cancer research at the Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute of Mount Sinai Hospital. On this very special day you can do something amazing - a double fitness marathon of yoga and Zumba®. Together we are in motion for a cure!

Zumba® is the new craze in cardio fitness combining Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a vibrant program that will burn calories, energize your body and inspire you to have fun while working out.

Combine fun, fitness and fundraising for a great cause! You can participate at any fitness level or experience. You will need to raise a minimum of $250 to participate, which will benefit breast cancer research at Mount Sinai Hospital. Register as an individual or form a team. Your full day fitness marathon combines yoga classes, Zumba® fitness sessions, a vendor marketplace, speakers, entertainment, and healthy lifestyle information.

For your $25 registration fee and $250 fundraising goal, Yoga in Motion includes:

• Four yoga sessions

• Four Zumba® sessions

• Great gift bags

• Lots of prizes

• Product vendors

• Healthy lifestyle information

• Breast cancer screening

• Food samples

• Opening and closing ceremonies

For every $100 you raise, you will receive one entry to win an all inclusive one-week trip for two, including airfare to the Moon Palace Spa and Golf Resort in Cancun, Mexico. This prize is compliments of Thomas Cook Canada/Sunquest Vacations!

In one day you will do something remarkable to help your community. Click here to register or call 416-586-4800 ext. 4681.
