Chelsea Handler has two shows on E! -- including her popular late-night talk show Chelsea Lately -- a new book (Lies That Chelsea Handler Told Me) and a North American tour. She’s adding an upcoming comedy pilot to her already busy schedule; Handler’s project Are You There Vodka? It’s Me Chelsea has been picked up by NBC according to

Based on Handler’s autobiography of the same title, Are You There Vodka? stars Laura Prepon (That 70’s Show) as a young Chelsea. Handler will play Prepon’s older sister on the show.

"I'm from Jersey," Prepon told E! back in February. "Chelsea and I are similar, so it's perfect we play sisters. It's funny, because her vodka is my favorite vodka too. We both drink the same thing!"

It's been announced that After Lately, Handler’s show that airs after Chelsea Lately, has been picked up by E! for a second season. In it’s first season, the show managed to attract about 1 million viewers each week -- which isn’t too shabby for a cable television show.

NBC has picked up another comedy pilot called Free Agents, which is based on a British romantic comedy. We interviewed comedian Mo Mandel last month, who co-stars in Free Agents
