Gene Simmons, who speaks Hebrew fluently, wants to bring his entire family to Israel this month and is planning to tape their trip for an upcoming episode of his A&E reality show Gene Simmons Family Jewels, according to Ynet. The rocker and his family have already filmed other episodes of their TV show abroad, including a trip to Mexico.

The Kiss band member will reportedly take his entire family to the Holy Land, including his Canadian-born partner, Shannon Tweed, and their two children: Nick and Sophie. Simmons, who’s the son of a Holocaust survivor, was born in Haifa and moved to the United States at the age of eight.

The 61-year-old rock star was recently in Toronto to speak at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts as part of Advertising Week. He’ll be returning to Canada on June 15 to speak in Winnipeg for his Rich & Famous tour.

Kiss has been around since the 1970s but the band has no plans of slowing down. Kiss was recently announced as one of the headlining acts for the Rock USA festival in Oshkosh, Wis. The festival will also feature performances by Journey and Daughtry.

The band continues to have plenty of loyal fans; last month, Kiss surpassed three million fans on Facebook.
