Berry Banana Smoothie

Cool down this summer with a refreshing ice-cold smoothie.

 Yields 2 smoothies

 Ingredients:

1 cup frozen berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries (or substitute with fresh fruit and add about 4 ice cubes)

1 banana

1/4 cup vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup orange juice

 

Directions:

Add ingredients into blender and puree.
