The Canadian pop star's former neighbour is suing him on the grounds of "emotional distress"

Canadian pop star, teen heartthrob, and everyone's favourite roasting victim Justin Bieber is being sued by one of his former neighbours for "emotional distress" related to anti-Semitism.

According to reports, the neighbour, Calabasas, California resident Jeff Schwartz, claims that Bieber's bodyguard called him a "little Jewish boy."

Schwartz claims the incident took place in May, 2013, months before Bieber had egged his house. Bieber was charged with vandalism at that point and pleaded no contest, and was eventually placed on probation.

He paid $80,000 to Schwartz to make repairs - that's a lot of money to clean up egg shells and yolk.

TMZ first broke the story, citing that Schwartz had warned Bieber not to speed around the California neighbourhood in his sports car because it was dangerous, which at that point, one of Bieber's bodyguards came out and said, "What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?"

Bieber has since left the Calabasas neighbourhood.

It kind of seems like this Schwartz fellow is milking Bieber for everything he's got. But, c'mon, there's no way the dude is anti-Semitic, he's got tons of Jewish friends. Even his manager Scooter Braun is a member of the tribe!
