Producer Mark Ronson, who worked with the late Amy Winehouse on her Grammy-award winning album Back to Black, wrote a heartfelt tribute to the singer that was supposed to have been included on his latest album Uptown Special. The album itself was also dedicated to Winehouse, along with songwriter Teenie Hodges and French Producer DJ Mehdi.

Ronson took to Twitter this past Tuesday to explain that the dedication was accidentally left off the album during printing and posted it for everyone to see.

“This album is dedicated to the memory of Teenie Hodges and DJ Mehdi and to Amy Winehouse,” the note begins. “Although I wish you were still here, I’m always thinking of you, inspired by you and your music lives on in myself and everyone who ever felt it. Love, Mark”

Winehouse and Mehdi both died in 2011, while Hodges passed away last year.
