Ashley Tisdale first rose to fame as Sharpay in ‘High School Musical’, but the young address is not a teenager anymore. Although she still has a close relationship with The Disney Channel, she recently guest starred in a more mature, and somewhat controversial role, as an escort on FX’s ‘Sons of Anarchy’ and plans to focus much of her energy over the next few years on her production company, Blondie Girl.

On Monday evening, Tisdale attended Variety’s Hollywood New Leaders 2012 event in West Hollywood, CA. Along with business partner, Jessica Rhoades, Tisdale was honored for her work as an executive producer with her company.

“I want to exceed expectations… This isn’t a vanity production company,” Tisdale told Variety.

“Such an honor. Thanks Variety!!” Tisdale tweeted before the event.

Other young leaders honored at the event were Seth Rogen and Rebel Wilson.
