Put your phones down and step away from the Twitter; they’re poison. Or at least that’s what an anti-Semitic Islamist preacher is claiming. Abdulla Ba Neema recently released a video which talks about how modern technologies are poisoning the minds and hearts of the Muslim community. No word yet on whether he realised the irony of him sharing a video which denounced technology.

In his post, Neema talks about how many modern social media apps and companies are run by Jewish owners and inventors, and that they’re secretly using this technology to try and corrupt Islamic hearts. At one point in his video, as he attempts to prove his point, he lists, “WhatsApp is Jewish! Twitter is Jewish! Facebook is Jewish! Instagram is Jewish! Snapshot,” we’re guessing he may have meant Snapchat, “is Jewish!”

Btw, Evan Spiegel actually isn't Jewish, despite his name.

The incredibly offensive video begins with Neema talking about how his third grade teacher taught him that, “The Jews conspire while we are in a slumber and they will not rest until they can pray in Khayber… May Allah fight the Jews and the Christians, and turn their plots against them. They said that they would not rest until celebrations with songs and music was held in the Mosque of the Prophet Muhammad in Al Medina.”

Although Neema claims he didn’t believe his teacher at first, he’s come to see that his equally anti-Semitic professor was right when he heard popular music playing from a cell phone inside the Al Medina mosque before the first call to prayer.

“I began to cry. I said to myself: The Jews have accomplished their goal. They managed to get these song celebrations into the Prophet’s Mosque, using me, you and all the Muslims. That was their plan.”

And to think we all believed that the goal of these innovative Israeli companies was bringing incredible, life changing technologies to people around the world to help improve and enrich their lives. Who knew there was a sinister plan behind facilitating communication for people around the globe, or re-connecting with friends and loved ones?

Neema continues his ridiculous rant to explain how the Jewish peoples, “did not put poison into my belly or yours. Instead, they have poisoned my heart and yours. As a result of WhatsApp and Twitter, women’s honor has been violated, men have divorced women, and men and women have committed adultery. My dearly beloved, our hearts and minds have been poisoned. Our women’s honor has been violated as a result of the social networks. All of this is a catastrophe.”

If this is how he feels about Twitter or Facebook, just wait until he stumbles upon AshleyMadison…

Neema also goes on to talk about Jewish television has corrupted Islamic peoples, who have even gone to such radical lengths as naming their children after these fictional characters or acknowledging they’re unhappy in their marriage.

Although the video isn’t horribly long, it feels like an eternity when you’re watching it. If you're still interested, click here.
